What a fabulous tutorial! Sue is a wonderful tutor, so clear with her instruction and demonstrations and generous with tips and hints. I also love the fact I can stop and start the tutorial and go at my own pace. I’ve had such a brilliant response to the pictures completed from Sue’s tutorials both from family and my art group. But beware – anyone trying one of Sue’s tutorials will be hooked! Thank you so much Sue. Now onto the March Hare tutorial.

Well, I finally finished it ! I didn’t think I would get anywhere near these results so thank you for a great tutorial! I didn’t do the background quite as you did as I’m using Valour , I also didn’t have many of the colours but think it turned of ok anyway .
In fact I’m pretty darn pleased 🙂

This little kitten was a joy to draw, but I couldn’t have done it without Sue’s wonderful tutorial. Every step Is broken down and clearly explained. With Sue’s encouragement and helpful hints & tips, I found that I was able to approach my subject with confidence.
It’s also good to know that you don’t need to have the exact materials that Sue used, as she helpfully suggests alternatives.

After 35 years of not drawing at all, I picked up my drawingpencils again. I am a self educated artist and always looking for new things and that is how I found Sue’s website and noticed that she had lots of tutorials. I am big fan of her work, of her group on facebook and wanted to try something new. I am mostly into humanportraits and wanted to try animals for the first time. So I bought myself the kitten tutorial and the eagle tutorial. What a joy to draw the kitten! Sue is guiding you the whole way and her calm, relaxing voice is taking you on a nice and exploring journey full of tips and tricks and she is learning you to deal with all the problems a beginner can have. It was mostly her smooth, relaxing voice which kept my nerves down and made me able to draw this beautiful kitten. Sue, thank you very much for your support, Your tutorials are great and you are a fantastic teacher!

I have just finished the Kitten Tutorial and I am thrilled. I really think it is the best painting I have done but I think the tutorial was so easy to follow and so professional. Sue has a very easy manner and voice that makes you feel ‘looked after’ when following it. Absolutely nothing is left out and her explanations are so understandable. Thank you Sue!!!
