I loved painting this tutorial. The photo reference and colors were truly serene and relaxing to paint. Sue’s teaching style is easy to follow and encourages you to find your own voice within your paintings. It isn’t necessary to have exactly the colors she uses. She encourages you to paint the colors you see. She teaches her techniques which you will use time and again in other paintings.

If you are a beginner and feel a bit intimidated attempting a scenic drawing I would highly recommend this tutorial very easy to follow and looks absolutely stunning when finished my hubby is desperate to hang it but I’m making my Christmas cards from it so it can’t go up yet
As with all Sue’s tutorials plenty to learn and such a beautiful picture when finished
